Review: Don’t purchase if you are hoping for an easy return process. I didn’t like the fit of this dress as it was too baggy in the wrong places and I tried returning it. I sent the package back in the same packaging they sent the dress to me in, carefully folded in. I was told that they will not be refunding me because the items were defective… I knew I sent them back in the exact state they came to me in and disagreed with this refusal of my refund. I have been trying to get in contact with someone and keep getting told the same customer service jargon, that I’d be contacted in 3 days meanwhile no one has reached out. This forced me to reach back to them again, and all I’m met with is the same repeated process like I didn’t just send in a complaint a few days ago. Horrible service, and honestly the quality of the dress was very cheap looking. PS I never write reviews and have returned several things to shein in the past, no issues.
